OMG…2022 is lookin pretty nutty and we’re just gettin started! The official release date of our upcoming single “Island Time” is next week! Crazy how time flies and we’re so excited to share our latest track with you finally! Even if you heard the song when we did the limited release for charity late last year, this is the first time it’s going mainstream on all platforms ANNNNNND there’s a brand new dub remix as well, from none other than the beloved “E.N Young”. It’s a masterful remix job if we can say so ourselves…and such a great addition to the single.
We’re not stopping there though! We’re actually working on our first full-length album as well! While we can’t yet confirm a release timeline or how many tracks will end up on the album, referred to as “Sync or Swim” so far…. we can for sure say the songs that have made the cut already are undoubtedly the best music we’ve ever written! So we’re all in for a pleasant surprise later this year!
Another project we’re pursuing is a collaboration EP, which would likely be a 5-6 song mini album featuring StoneTribe and 2-3 other prominent artists from the Cali Reggae scene that you’ll surely recognize. This multi-artist collab album is gaining traction fast so it’s possible it may be released prior to the full length album we’re cooking up. So all things considered….you’ll have a bunch a new StoneTribe tunes to bump by years end!
